1. Digital Products

All products sold on Thrax Algo are digital goods delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once the purchase is completed and the digital content is delivered.

2. No Refund Policy

By making a purchase on Thrax Algo, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All sales are final and non-refundable
• No refunds will be issued for completed purchases
• No refunds will be provided for unused or partially used products
• No refunds will be issued for mistaken purchases

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before the completion of payment. Once payment is processed and the digital product is delivered, cancellation is not possible.

4. Failed Transactions

In case of failed transactions where money has been deducted but the product has not been delivered, please contact our support team. Such cases will be resolved within 5-7 business days after verification.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues with accessing your purchased digital product, please contact our support team. We will assist you in resolving any technical difficulties related to product access or download.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in cases where the product is permanently inaccessible due to technical issues on our end that we are unable to resolve. Such cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
